Deposit
A £100 deposit is required when booking onto a training course. Deposits can be made by cheque payable to Cosmedic Skin Clinic and sent to Cosmedic Skin Clinic, Prospect House, 13 Albert Road, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B79 7JN or by credit/debit card by contacting the clinic on 0845 388 3808 during normal hours of business. Refunds will be made at the discretion of Cosmedic Skin Clinic or may be transferable to a training course at a later date however cancellation or rescheduling within 2 weeks of the training date is likely to result in the loss of deposit.

Cosmedic Skin Clinic reserves the right to make changes or cancel a training course without prior notice. In the event that a training course is cancelled at short notice, Cosmedic Skin Clinic will endeavour to provide training for the delegate at the next earliest opportunity.
