How to use the Toner:
- Pre-cleanse and cleanse your skin.
- Apply with a cotton wool pad to the face, neck and decolletage both morning and night
- If you do feel a slight tingling then pre-dampen the cotton wool pad with water to slightly dilute the toner before application
- Allow to dry and continue to use in synergy with your Environ Vitamin A moisturiser
